Nine years of coaching, starting at Impact Soccer Club, then De Anza Force, and back to Impact — now East County Revolution — working with talented teams and players throughout.
Philosophy: develop each player within their own strengths and weaknesses for future success, and set the team up to problem solve inside a clear team identity. Winning is a consequence of mastering our game model.
Style: an attractive, possession-based game where we break the opponent down, and players move and express themselves freely on and off the ball.
